Harnessing the curative powers of Sardinia\u2019s crystal-clear sea, six seawater pools, each with varying salinity and temperatures, will drain toxins, boost circulation, and restore balance. The Thalasso pools are dotted throughout the spa in a circuit linked by open-air pathways. The first two at 38\u00b0 Celsius are filled with slippery brown water that doesn\u2019t look particularly inviting, but the regenerative brine has very high concentrations of magnesium (which contributes to the murky colour), making it excellent at aiding sleep and reducing muscular aches. It\u2019s hard to do anything but float as you dip between the first two pools before segueing into cooler temperatures where seawater is combined with the pummelling motion of hydrotherapy massage jets to increase micro-circulation. The final pool is set at 25 degrees, which constricts blood vessels and, upon your exiting, has an energizing effect. The Thalasso circuit is a 90-minute ritual that most guests will do daily.
